Essex Country & Village Homes are an Independent Estate Agency that was founded by the proprietor, Doug Watson in 1990. During the past 17 years they have established themselves as one of the leading agents in the sale of residential properties in the Tendring Peninsula, which is in the North East Essex region, between Colchester and the coastal towns of Brightlingsea, Clacton-On-Sea, Frinton-On-Sea, Harwich and Manningtree.
The Head Office is located in the centre of the Tendring Peninsula in Thorpe-Le-Soken and further branches are located in Frinton-On-Sea and Great Bentley. The company markets a wide range of properties from small flats to large country homes from around £100,000 to over £1,000,000.
